(Nasdaq:AMFI - News) today announced that it received a notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market (NASDAQ) stating that because the minimum bid price of the Company's common stock was below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days, the Company was therefore not in compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5450(a)(1).
