.Fitch Rates Hollywood, Florida's $52MM 'A-'; Outlook Stable

(PressMethod) - Fitch Ratings assigns an 'A-' rating to the following Hollywood, Florida (the city) revenue bonds:

--$21.7 million water and sewer improvement revenue bonds, series 2010A;

--$30.2 million water and sewer improvement revenue bonds, series 2010B (Taxable Build America Bonds - Direct Payment).

Both series of bonds are expected to sell via negotiation during the week of Jan. 10, 2010.

In addition, Fitch affirms the following rating:

--$82.3 million water and sewer improvement bonds at 'A-'.

The Rating Outlook is Stable.
