PRT Announces February 2008 Distribution and Release Date for Fourth Quarter 2007 Results

(PressMethod) - The PRT Forest Regeneration Income Fund (TSX: PRT-UN.TO) announced today a cash distribution of $0.075000 per unit for the month ending February 29, 2008. The distribution will be payable on March 14, 2008 to unitholders of record at the close of business on February 29, 2008. For Canadian income tax purposes, the distribution is comprised of taxable interest income of $0.043631 per unit and a return of capital of $0.002369 per unit.

Release Date for Fourth Quarter 2007 Results

The Fund will release its Fourth Quarter financial results on Thursday, February 28, 2008. The Fund will also host an open conference call to further discuss these results, on Friday, February 29, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. (EST). The toll-free dial-in phone number is 1-866-585-6398.
