Thelon Ventures Ltd.: Non-Brokered Private Placement

(PressMethod) - Thelon Ventures Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:THV - News; FRANKFURT:TFH - News) is pleased to announce that it has agreed to a non-brokered private placement of up to 7.2 million units at a price of .07 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one share and one share purchase warrant exercisable into one common share for a period of two years at a price of 0.15 cents in the first year and .20 cents in the second year. A finders fee is payable in accordance with TSX-Venture Exchange guidelines.
