Burst.com and RealNetworks Reach Settlement Agreement

(PressMethod) - Burst.com, Inc. (Other OTC:BRST.PK - News) today announced that is has signed an agreement in principle to settle litigation with RealNetworks, Inc. RealNetworks agreed to pay Burst a one-time payment of $533,500.00 cash, in exchange for a license to a subset of the Burst patents. The license is non-exclusive and does not provide pass through license rights. The patent license settles all differences between the two companies.
