Silver Recycling Files Change-Of-Business Filing Statement

(PressMethod) - The Silver Recycling Company Inc. ("Silver Recycling")(NEX BOARD:TSR.H) announces that it has submitted its final documents with the TSX Venture Exchange in connection with its "Change of Business" ("COB") transaction, pursuant to which it acquired Pyropure Inc. and Sun Valley Film Wash Inc. Upon acceptance for filing of the final documents by the Exchange, Silver Recycling will be listed on the Exchange and will resume trading under the symbol "TSR". A further news release will be disseminated to give advance notice of the date on which trading will resume.
The filing statement prepared in connection with the COB is being filed on SEDAR.

Effective June 16, 2008, Silver Recycling has also moved its corporate head office. The new address and fax number are as follows:
